What we collect and why
When you press a call, WhatsApp, website, maps or directions button, we store a click event with:
- client time
- server receive time
- business id
- problem
- area
- button type
- page path
- device class (mobile, desktop or bot)
- a short one-way hash of the user agent plus the UTC date (the user agent hash)
We store no IP address with a click event.
Problem reports sent with the report form are stored with:
- business id
- reason
- an optional free-text note
- a contact detail, only when the reason is an owner removal request
- receive time
- a one-way hash of IP, user agent, UTC date and a secret salt (the reporter hash)
The IP itself is never stored.
Cookies and analytics
We set no cookies. Aggregate page-view statistics use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-less.
Location
Our host, Cloudflare, derives an approximate, city-level location from your IP address for each page view. We do not store it. Your browser's exact location is only requested if you allow it, and it is used inside your browser to sort the list; it is never sent to us. Choosing an area instead uses that area's published centre.
Who processes data
Cloudflare provides our hosting and our analytics.
Your choices and removal
To report a wrong listing or ask for your business to be removed, use thereport form. Reports are stored with a reporter hash, never your IP address. If five or more distinct reporters report the same listing within 30 days, we hide it pending review; nothing is deleted automatically and an owner can contest.
Contact for data requests
For a question about your data, email [email protected].
This page serves users in Malaysia and Singapore. It refers to the personal data protection laws of both countries; it is not a claim that we meet every requirement of those laws.
